A class of warship that pack the most punch for the Indian Navy.
Destroyers, in the fleet, are the largest warship of offence - it, currently, operates no Cruisers. A collection of photographs of some of the classes of Destroyers, that it has operated since its inception.
Rajput-class Guided Missile Destroyer
A heavily modified variant of the Soviet Kashin-class destroyers, based on the Indian Navy's design inputs, it operates a fleet of 5 such Warships, all attached to its Eastern Command:

The 3rd Warship of its class, it was commissioned into the fleet on November 24, 1983.
INS Ranvir [D54]
The 4th Warship of its class, it commenced service with the Navy fleet on April 21, 1986.
INS Ranvijay [D55]
The Navy commissioned the last Destroyer of its Class on December 21, 1987.
Delhi-class Guided Missile Destroyer
The successor design to the Rajput-class, it was also almost 60 percent heavier than it. The Navy operates only 3 of its class:

The second warship of its class, the INS Mysore was commissioned into the Indian Navy on January 22, 2001
INS Godavari [D92]
A Type II Hunt-class Destroyer that the UK, initially, leased to the Indian Navy in 1953, which India, later acquired in 1959.
